Terms of Service

These terms apply to every purchase from Run Aground Boat Works ("we", "us"). By placing an order through runagroundboatworks.com, you agree to these terms.

What we sell

We sell used and salvaged sailboat parts. Unless a listing says otherwise, every part is sold as-is. We describe condition honestly and photograph actual items, but used parts carry normal wear. If you have questions about a part before buying, call or text (864) 359-9438 or email runagroundboatworks@gmail.com and we will answer straight.

All sales final

Because our parts are one-of-a-kind used items, all sales are final. If you receive the wrong item or something that does not operate as described, contact us within 7 days of receiving it and we will make it right with a replacement or store credit. See our Return Policy for details.

Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in US dollars. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Your card is charged when your order is placed.

Shipping

We ship parts nationwide and internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. We pack carefully, but if a part arrives damaged in shipping, contact us within 7 days with photos and we will work it out.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for how parts are installed or used once they leave our shop.
