Danforth Corsair Compass — Danforth/White, Bracket Included

Vintage Danforth/White “Corsair” marine compass, made in the USA. The black card carries degree and cardinal markings and reads clearly in the photos. The base is stamped with the Danforth “distant reading card” patent label (U.K. Pat. 1,095,966) and serial No. 35272.

Condition: used and sold exactly as shown. It is dusty from storage; the dome and card are legible in the photos, and the bracket is weathered. Please study the photos closely for the dome and card condition — what you see is the exact unit you will receive. We have not swung, calibrated, or serviced this compass.

Fit note: we did not put a caliper on the card — please use the photos to judge the size, or send us a message and we will measure it for you.
